Come and join us for a wonderful one-off experience where art and yoga join forces to create magic. We will be practicing the form of Yin yoga, which encourages and helps us to find stillness. Yin is the feminine form of yoga, in contrast to the masculine Yang, and does not involve a great deal of moving or sweating. During Yin you will experience a new and different headspace through the stillness and the stretch in your body. While opening ourselves physically through the stretch, we will be surrounded and encompassed by an art installation which has been created and inspired by the dreaming state. This space will allow you to manifest your dreams, to focus attention on yourself, to listen to your body and to let your body become intwined with the art and respond in it’s powerful individual way. This experience is for you, commit to it, make the most of it and become in tune with the energy of the art and the Yin. There is no need to feel intimidated by either the art or the yoga, both are gentle and kind and honest and we hope that through this particular meeting of the two, something beautiful and inspirational will open and blossom within yourself.
